Teeline OnLine is the result of a partnership between two  women who have known each other for over 35 years. One is a qualified shorthand teacher trained originally with Pitman College gaining the Pitman Diploma in Teaching. She then went on to establish and run her own Secretarial College specialising in short, intensive courses including specially designed Teeline Courses. She has since had almost 20 years experience teaching Teeline and designing courses to suit many different people at home, in the office and in Colleges.

Her business partner has an experienced background in adult business skills development having trained managers throughout the UK and Europe. She created a fully integrated human resource process which started with identifying competencies of each role - this then gave the foundations to develop a methodical, objective approach to the full process including interviewing, developing and running assessment centres through training and then monitoring performance and appraisals.  She went on to develop her IT skills and also graphic design.  More recently she has been consulting business on improving their management development processes and administrative processes.
